The Fire Triangle:

The fire triangles or combustion triangles or ″fire diamond″ are simple models for understanding the necessary ingredients for most fires.
The triangle

illustrates the three elements a fire needs to ignite: heat, fuel, and an oxidizing agent (usually oxygen).

• Sources of ignition: 

Heaters, lighting, welding, naked flames, electrical equipment, smokers’ materials (cigarettes, matches etc.), and anything else that can get very hot or produce sparks. 

•      Sources of fuel:

Chemicals, wood, paper, plastic, rubber or foam, loose packaging materials, waste garbage and furniture. 

•      Sources of oxygen:

Include the air around us.

Smoking is the leading cause of fire deaths. 

• Only smoke in the designated area.
• Use a proper, heavy ashtray that can't tip over easily and is made of a material that won't burn.
• When smoking outside, dispose of cigarettes and matches properly. 
• In case of fire use the proper Fire Extinguisher as trained.
